Our kitchen is free of nuts, preservatives, chemicals, and high fructose corn syrup.

We use as much organic product as possible. Fresh, local produce; organic sugars and unbleached flours in our baking; as well as organic sodas, coffee, and tea.

All our drink syrups are made in-house using organic sugar and real ingredients such as pumpkin, imported Belgian dark chocolate, local pure maple syrup, and fresh local herbs.

Our coffee is roasted by a family owned company working with farms around the world to provide organic, fair trade coffee. Our vibrant, clean, loose leaf tea is also organic and fair trade.

Making your food from scratch allows us to fully know what you are consuming and how to properly accommodate any dietary restrictions for your party.

Our retail shop is filled with product that aims to eliminate slavery, reduce waste, and support artisans around the world.

Products that are made with organic material, low impact dyes, and created in small batches.

Our brands also include supporting the education of young girls so they have a better future, and giving skilled artisans jobs when they would otherwise not be able to make a way.

We love supporting designers that are using their talents to better the industry.
